7th Annual Tractors Trucks & Fun

Where: 100 block of East Main Street – downtown Kilgore

When: Saturday, May 16th, 10am – 2pm (set up at 8am)

Spaces Available: 26 14’ X 14” accessible from 2 sides. (3 rows)

Cost: $25 each paid in advance. (Your payment will help fund the live band and participants trophies & prizes.) 

Hookups: No electricity is provided. The power available on the street is not sufficient to run multiple devices and if a breaker trips, no one will be available to reset it. Violating this could cause us to lose power to critical services or even the band. Only WHISPER QUIET miniature generators will be accepted.

Be vigilant: SCAMMERS SEEK OUT THESE EVENTS: Do not get scammed.  If you are selected to be a vendor we will contact you. The $25 per spot payment will be paid to Kilgore Mercantile & Music by check or in person at the counter. For your protection, we will not accept payment over the phone or any other way.
